Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we are currently shipping to over 29 countries world wide! We also ship to Post Office Boxes and the following U.S. territories: Guam and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).

If your country is not listed in the drop-down, we’d still be happy to help you with your international order. Please email us at info@handeband.com with your complete mailing address (including country) so we may consider adding it to our supported country list.

How much will shipping cost?

In the U.S., shipping costs start around $3 and go up incrementally based on the number of items you order. Outside the U.S., shipping charges vary by the destination country. Please visit our online store, add one or more items to your shopping cart, and use our “Calculate Shipping” tool to see the shipping charge to your specific country.

How are items shipped to me and when should I receive my order?

Domestic orders are fulfilled via USPS First Class Mail and are sent out within one to two business days of placing your order. You should expect to receive your domestic HANDeBand order within 4-5 business days. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and their customs process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you can check on the delivery status of your package at the USPS website.
